Now it’s time to polish our project. I’ll use the example of a web site design here but the process is very similar to any type of client need.
Refine:
Here, refining stands for testing the site overall. Making sure that everything runs smoothly. There’s a lot to check and I won’t go over all the points here though, when I’m working with you I will inform you of all these aspects of the job – I like to educate when possible.
So we’ve checked for typos, checked that all the links are correct, that the site is correctly responsive on all devices and the rest of the list.
Proof:
If this project were again, as example, collateral media I would be checking a proof from the printer to see that all the colors were correct. That everything lines up. Once everything checks out, well, then it’s time to deliver your brand new web site or your marketing packet.
Deliver:
At this, our final stage, I will have “rocked” your message out to the public!
